Speak a better word
It might not happen all the time, but I have noticed when I speak negatively, negative feelings emerge which somehow also creates negative situations around me. As a result I truly believe there is power in the tongue and what we speak can often manifest itself.
People often ask me why I speak positively most of the time. Well it’s for that reason. I’ve had negative words spoken over me and those words were deposited into my life and I started believing them and living like they were true even though they weren’t. It was deep.
I work with some children and before we start anything they say “I am great and awesome and I believe in myself.” When they are negative about themselves or others around them I remind them what they said at the start and trust me a transformation occurs. We aren’t just what we eat, we are also what we say.
If we speak positively it’s easier to live positively. If we speak negatively all the time, negative energy will come and spread like a wild fire and affect others too.
So let’s try to speak a better word.
